Gallery Resources is a specialist recruitment company placing permanent and temporary professionals within marketing, communications, studio and design roles. We have an opening for a recruitment consultant to join our team and help in the development of the company.
Established for 10 years we have a great reputation amongst clients and candidates and we are known in the region as the expert in our field. We establish long and productive relationships with clients and have been able to help companies grow by placing key people over several years. We are full members of the REC and pride ourselves on our professional and dynamic approach to helping our clients and candidates.
As a recruitment consultant at Gallery Resources you will be developing existing client relationships and establishing new client contacts, working across the range of marketing, communications, studio and creative roles. You will be given autonomy and responsibility, and will be supported by a modern IT infrastructure as well as research and administrative teams.
In April this year we are moving to our own larger and new offices next to the M5 at Stonehouse in Gloucestershire, combining a rural outlook with easy access to Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, South Wales and The Midlands. This move will enhance our position as a leading agency in the region, providing easier access to clients and candidates, extensive interview and meeting areas and a great modern working environment.
You must have some experience within recruitment, although this doesn’t have to be in our specialist sector. If you do have an understanding of marketing that would be advantageous. We offer a good basic salary and a very generous bonus scheme paid monthly and quarterly that offers an achievable high OTE.
