Overview:

We need enthusiastic and experienced key account managers to join this growing team, to take management of some of the agencies larger, more high profile direct mail accounts.

You will be seen as the reliable, day to day contact by your clients, in full control of their campaigns and briefs, ensuring they come in on time and budget and, most importantly, to the satisfaction of the client.

Client satisfaction and relationship building will be two of the most vital elements of this role. For the key account post, your production and print experience will of course be First Class, but you will also be keen to have a more client-facing element to the post, which can sometimes be a rarity in a production environment.
