Overview:
This contract is a great opportunity for a Creative Services Executive to work in a highly innovative in-house studio based near Chippenham, Wiltshire. Working with a large creative team which forms part of a significant well-known company you will be co-ordinating jobs between the client and the creative team managing 2 and 3D graphic work from small and large scale POS to leaflets, packaging and more.
You will be directly managing a couple of Artworkers and indirectly a couple of Designers, managing the flow of work from start to finish. As a former Designer or Artworker you will understand the time and budget constraints on jobs to be able to plan work in advance, alleviating pressure on the team. You will be responsible for liaising with the product / brand and sales teams to receive the briefs, schedule the work in and keep track of amendments and costings.
There are two contracts available, one for 6 months and another for 12 months. The longer contract could also lead to a permanent role and is working with the technical as well as graphic teams. The 6 month contract is focussing on pure graphics work so depending on your availability and skill base to-date, you can decide which might suit you best.
Interested in applying? You will offer strong repro and print skills as well as a good eye for layout, typography, use of colour and corporate guidelines.
You may have previous job trafficking experience, either as a Studio Manager, Creative Services Executive or Manager, Project Manager or Production Manager, but if you are a well organised Designer or Artworker available for a contract, who is looking for more of a management role this could be the perfect opportunity for you too.
