Contract
Client: Financial Services Company
A manager in the direct marketing team needed extra help but couldn’t gain quick authorization for a new member of staff. Gallery provided a campaign maager on a 6-month contract, which was converted into a permanent employment after 4 months
Client: County Council
A key member of the communications department resigned, and because of the long timescale to recruit a new person on a permanent basis Gallery was asked to provide a communications consultant on a 6-month contract. The temporary worker started in time to have a hand-over from the departing employee and then in turn gave a hand-over to the new permanent member of staff in due course

The marketing manager wanted to recruit at marketing executive level, but could not be 100% sure that their preferred candidate would successfully transfer to their particular sector.
