Overview:

This leading award winning agency who specialise in the telemarketing and telesales sector are now looking to appoint an Account Manager to work in the Swindon head office.

The position offers an attractive and rewarding career path in a buoyant and growing business area. The Account Manager is fully accountable for the profitability and successful long-term development of client campaigns. You will work strategically with clients and ensure their requirements are fully briefed into the Operational Team whom you will closely with. You will also need to proactive in recognising growth potential and recommend effective solutions to ensure long term profitable relationships are maintained. Further responsibility includes managing project implementations and setting up the processes of a new campaign from end to end.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will need experience of working with telemarketing and/or telesales clients and demonstrate excellent client handling skills. Also required is an understanding of web enabled contact methodology and basic telephony terminology and processes. You will be self-motivated, results driven and be able to apply strong negotiation and presentation skills.
